Having defined the brief, a search took place and it was soon realised the most suitable buildings were located on the Yarra River close to the CBD. South Wharf was the stand out option and Tenancy Solutions Australia also provided advice and assistance on the extension of their existing lease to ensure a seamless transition into their new Head Office.
