Value added: ESTA appointed Tenancy Solutions Australia to conduct a comprehensive review of their multiple accommodation requirements – both CBD and metropolitan based. Upon completion of their review, a strategy was rolled out that saw a consolidation of three sites into one super site at Tally-Ho Business Park in Melbourne’s east. The vital 000 call centre, the Support Office and Projects Office are now all housed together and Tenancy Solutions Australia was able to work with all the various parties and coordinate a complex strategy to secure the outcome ESTA desired.
