Value Added: POAGS, the pre-eminent supplier of stevedoring logistics and port management services in Australia, had long since outgrown their Sydney CBD premises and decided to appoint Tenancy Solutions Australia to co-ordinate their search for new accommodation. POAGS had a fixed budget and were keen to stay within the general precinct as this suited most of their staff and clients.
