Value added: Thiess’s NSW division had occupied offices on the fringe of the CBD for over 20 years and facing a lease expiry decided to explore their options. Due to previous experiences with Thiess offices in Melbourne, Thiess NSW decided to call in Tenancy Solutions Australia to complete a comprehensive review of the options that existed to match the brief. Working closely with Thiess’s Ken Kerr, Peter Trumble led the process and developed a short list of suitable options of which the newly revamped 52 Martin Place was the stand out. Having secured the premises under favourable terms, Peter was retained to act as Project Facilitator for the Project Control Group to design and complete the fit out and relocation – which was successfully completed on time and budget. Thiess are enjoying their new work place and continuing to grow and benefit from the accommodation upgrade.
