Value added: Having recently assisted Think in Sydney, Leon Kriewaldt was again called in to help with finding accommodation for the architectural and design stream of the business. Being creatively focused, the brief for suitable premises was very specific and Leon was able to unearth a converted store and warehouse in an ideal location for Think’s tertiary students to access. The building had undergone a transformation to complement the extensive fit out that Think undertook. Leon’s greatest challenge came in dealing with the owner – the Sydney City Council – taking all of his creative negotiating skills to get the deal done! From all reports the premises is proving to be a winner for the staff, students and Think.
