Value added: Think’s premises in the Valley, whilst suitable in the early stages of operation, was seen to limit potential growth and facing an upcoming lease expiry, Think decided to conduct a review of their options. Leon Kriewaldt understood Think’s requirements having assisted them nationally on previous occasions and was again enlisted to lead the project – this time in Brisbane. A blank canvas allowed Think to make a wish list of many of the key features they sought – all designed to create a special place for their students and staff . Leon completed the search and five properties were short listed with 90 Bowen Cres being the stand out. The Landlord in particular was very accommodating of Think’s needs and worked in with Leon to ensure the building met purpose, and a long and healthy partnership lies ahead.
